Weight loss - Meaningful Change Programme

What would losing weight do

Building on my work coaching clients for weight loss, I am delighted to have now been awarded the licence to offer clients the Meaningful Change Programme for Weight Loss.

The Meaningful Change Programme has been designed by Mr. Gerard O'Donovan, the CEO of Noble Manhattan himself, one of the top coaches in Europe, together with Di McLanachan, a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.

The programme enables people to understand and resolve complex beliefs and attitudes in a way that will create meaningful change, completely altering a person’s behaviour patterns towards their lifestyle and food. The most important aspect is its uniqueness of being a mind shift therapy.

Clients do not have to undergo strict rituals of diet and exercise but are armed with safe, effective strategies to achieve their weight loss goal and sustain it.

By changing people's attitude and relationship towards themselves and food it creates a permanent solution to the problem of being over-weight.

The programme is open to men and women of all ages.

It has been designed for people who have tried to lose weight in the past and been unsuccessful.

This unique 6-month programme covers 12 proactive steps, each with an individual (and sometimes unusual!) format to ensure continued motivation and commitment.

  • Change your relationship with food for ever.

Throughout the programme you will benefit from:

  • One-to-one confidential telephone coaching sessions with me, your personal qualified Meaningful Change coach scheduled at a time to suit you.

  • Short assignments to complete between sessions building on the skills and techniques you have learnt to increase the pace of change.

  • The opportunity to work on up to FOUR other life goals simultaneously through the programme, each supported by me.

  • A recognised structure incorporating empowering NLP techniques which equip you with permanent life skills for achieving goals.

  • Dedicated IT package to support the programme, incorporating on-going weight and health achievement records, extra support through buddy networks, extensive resource centre.
