Coaching for Weight Loss
Through my Life Coaching, I have come across many people wishing to achieve lasting weight loss, and helping them achieve this has become a special interest for me.
Many have tried all the diets under the sun, been to all the slimming clubs and make good progress while participating. HOWEVER, when they have stopped the diet or left the club, the weight has piled back on and often increased.
Whilst sensible eating and regular exercise are extremely beneficial for good health, life coaching enables individuals to deal with very deep, personal issues surrounding food - the source of the problem, rather than just the symptoms.
This allows them to achieve their ideal body shape and size, within the demands of their life style.
Using recognised techniques, life coaching provides a confidential, flexible environment to work on these issues. Within the non-judgemental personal coaching relationship, you will be able to work on an individual programme unique to your needs. There will be no public announcement of your weekly progress or tiresome measuring of calories.
From my experience, I developed the Smarter-Weigh programme which I deliver to small groups online. Members have the flexibility to access coaching from wherever they are, knowing all sessions are confidential and non-judgemental but with the added support of like-minded proactive people working towards the same goal.
