I developed the Smarter-Weigh programme specifically designed to coach small groups.
The Smarter-Weigh programme allows busy people to access coaching sessions via teleconference from the comfort of their home or office.

12 Week Foundation Programme
Each of us is unique and therefore has different challenges to overcome when working towards lasting weight loss.

- Develop increased flexibility of approach to sustain motivation and continue progress.
- Break down the blocks that consistently stop you achieving success.
- Adapt professional coaching techniques to support your efforts on a daily basis.
