Based on my extensive experience in weight loss coaching I developed the Smarter-Weigh programme specifically designed to coach small groups.

The Smarter-Weigh programme allows busy people to access coaching sessions via teleconference from the comfort of their home or office.

What's Involved?

  • the ability to access their group sessions wherever they are

12 Week Foundation Programme

Each of us is unique and therefore has different challenges to overcome when working towards lasting weight loss.

Smarter-Weigh respects each individual's power to make the changes they feel necessary with the support of their group coach and fellow members.

Within the 12 week Foundation Programme you will learn to:

  • Introduce recognised effective goal setting techniques.

  • Start making effective action plans to change negative eating and exercise habits.

  • Recognise clearly the triggers that cause you to succumb to emotional eating.

  • Raise your awareness to the full range of challenges that can sabotage your efforts to achieve permanent weight loss.

  • Understand how habits are formed and the strategies to transform them into new, empowering ones.

  • Develop increased flexibility of approach to sustain motivation and continue progress.

  • Break down the blocks that consistently stop you achieving success.

  • Adapt professional coaching techniques to support your efforts on a daily basis.

  • Give yourself permission to enjoy the journey and appreciate the life you have now.

  • Free yourself of the daily burden of thinking about food.

  • Enjoy food without feeling guilty.
The 12 Week Foundation Programme costs £90 per person and includes all materials and email support.
