The Personal Change Process

Life coaching facilitates a personal change process which enables you to enjoy massive growth and self-awareness, allowing constant progress towards your chosen goal.

Regardless of what area you are being coached on, you are moving towards a transformation in your life.

As this journey develops it quite often gives rise to negative emotions such as fear, and limiting beliefs such as unworthiness and lack of confidence.

Your internal gremlin may produce negative self-talk such as “you can’t do that”.

You will often need to step outside of your comfort zone.

Increasing your awareness of these issues is a major aspect of coaching and key to developing a positive thinking attitude.

Facing negative emotions and limiting beliefs is an essential step towards empowering you to unleash your full potential, and a natural phase in increasing the unlimited potential you have.

Within the safe, confidential and non-judgemental coaching relationship I may recommend appropriate tools and exercises which I feel would benefit you.

I will support you throughout, allowing you adequate space to choose which steps will allow you to make the improvements required, ensuring that you are constantly progressing towards your chosen goal.

In view of the deeply rooted nature of any fears and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, I recommend a longer coaching programme of regular sessions to ensure the new, positive empowering habits stick.
